മുട്ട, മൈദ, corn flour, Bread crumbs ഒന്നുമില്ലാതെ ഒരു veg cheesy cutlet
Ingredients For Filling
Potato 3 nos
cheese 1/2 cup
Green peas (soaked) 1/4 cup
Carrot 1 no
Beans 4 to 5 nos
Onion 1 no
Chilly 1 no
Ginger small piece
Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
Fennel seeds 1 spoon
Garam masala 1/2 spoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
Black pepper powder 1/2 spoon
Add some oil to a pan
add fennel seeds chopped ginger ,
garlic and onion saute well. Now add chopped green chilly beans carrot and
saute well, add salt, Garam asala,
turmeric powder, black pepper powder and mix well. Add boiled and smashed
potatoes, green peas and coriander
leaves mix well.. Let it cool. later make some balls and press to make a cutlet
as shown in video.
Ingredients For marination
Rusk 5 to 6 nos
Oats 3 tablespoon
Atta 3 tablespoon
Salt as
required
Crush rusk and oats using a mixie grinder.Add some water to
atta and mix well.Dip Cutlet balls to atta mix then roll it on oats and rusk
powder.
Deep Fry cutlet in a kadai using some oil.Fry both
sides...Crispy cutlet is ready to serve.
