Yeast3/4 spoon Sugar 1 spoon Water 1/2 glass Saltas required All purpose flour/maida1 cup Olive oil 1 spoon In a glass mix yeast,
sugar and water, let it ferment for ten minutes. Mix flour and salt, add yeast
mix to the flour and mix well as shown in the video.
ingredients for Pizza sauce Tomato3 nos Kashmiri chilli 1 no Garlic cloves4
cloves Choppedonions 1 no Bay leaf 2 no
Add some oil to a heated pan, add bay leaf garlic cloves,
chilly and saute well, add chopped onions ,
tomatoes and salt, saute well. Close with a lid and cook well. Remove
the lid, let the mixture get cool.After cooling grind to a fine paste. Home
made pizza sauce is ready. After 2 hrs fold the pizza the pizza dough as shown in the
video.. press the dough using fingers to
a flat round shape, spread the pizza sauce. Place this to the dosa pan spread
some mozeralla cheese and available vegetables, cover the top layer using
mozeralla cheese.
Place the dosa pan over the stove, cover using a lid. Cook in low flame for 5 to 6 minutes, swithoff the flame and allow to rest for another 5 minutes(this helps to melt the cheese and cook well the pizza)..
remove pizza from the pan its ready to serve.
