ബേക്കിംഗ് ടൂൾസ് ഇല്ലാതെ കുക്കറിൽ ഒരു ചോക്ലേറ്റ് കേക്ക്








Ingredients for Cake(sponge)

Maida or all purpose flour 1glass Baking Powder ½ spoon Baking soda ¼ spoon Salt ¼ spoon Egg 4 nos Sugar ¾ glass Butter(melted) ½ glass(instead of butter can use sunflower or vegetable oil) Milk(warm) ½ glass Coca powder 1 ½ tablespoon Vanilla Essence 1 ½ tablespoon
Sift maida ,baking soda, baking powder,salt,cocoa powder using a sieve.Mix eggs,sugar,butter,milk,vanilla essence using a mixie jaradd sieved ingredients to grinded egg mix,mix well using a spoon to avoid lumps,grind again using mixer to make a smooth batter. Grease cooker with some butter and use a butter paper ,pour the mix to the cooker and tap well,close the cooker without whistle. Do not shake the cooker after pouring the cake mix. Switch on the stove in medium flame,Place a dosa pan on the stove keep the cooker over the pan,wait for 25 to 30 minutes for baking the cake. Use a knife or toothpick to check if the cake is baked. switch off the flame and reverse the cake in cooker ,wait for another 5 minutes (it helps to cook the top portion of the cake ).remove from cooker our chocolate cake is ready.


* Chocolate Ganache/Syrup ingredients

Sugar - 1/2 glass Milk - 1/2 glass Butter - small piece Cocoa powder -1 1/2 table spoon Add sugar and milk to a pan and stir well . Add butter and allow to melt, add cocoa powder and mix well, bring to a thick syrup consistency. Do all the process in low flame. Allow it to cool, syrup is ready to use.

* Frosting

Whipping Cream 1 glass Sugar 1/2 glass Cocoa powder 1 1/2 table spoon Coffee powder 1/2 spoon
Add sugar to mixer jar and crush to powder, add whipping cream and beat in mixee for 1 minute.Pour the mix to A bowl add cocoa powder coffee powder vanilla essence and mix well using a spoon.keep in freezer for 15 minutes( allows cream to get thick)remove from freezer.. cream is ready to frost.
