ബ്രെഡ് ബജി എളുപ്പത്തിൽ എങ്ങനെ തയ്യാറാക്കാം

Ingredients
Potato (big) 1no (if small take
2nos)
Coriander leaves(chopped)
1cup
Green chilly 1no
Garlic 2nos
Ginger small
piece
Bread 6 slice
besan 6
tablespoon
Baking soda 1/4 spoon
mustard seed 1/4 spoon
asafoetida 1/2spoon
turmeric powder 1/2spoon
chilly powder 1/2 spoon
dry chilly 2 nos
curry leaves(chopped) 2 to 3nos
salt as
required
oil
for fryng
Boil the potato by adding salt ,smash the potato.Make a
smooth paste of corriander leaves,chilly,garlic and ginger by adding some
water.Heat some oil in a pan add some mustard, seeds dry chilly,add the green
paste and saute well add smashed potato and mix well add some turmeric powder
,asafoetida and some salt.Let the mixture cool.
Take a bowl add besan,salt,turmeric powder,chilly
powder,baking soda,chopped curry leaves and water as required .make a smooth
paste by stirring well.
Fill andspread the potato mix to a slice of bread cover it
with another slice of bread press well fingers cut it in to four pieces.
Dip the sliced
bread in to besan mix and put to hot oil ,fry well.bread baji is ready to
serve.
