Ingredients
Masoor
dal - 1/2 cup
Green
chilli - 2 nos
Garlic
Cloves - 7nos
Tomato - ½
Microgreen(green
Gram) - chopped 1 cup
Salt - as
required
Oil - 1spoon
Mustard
seed - 1/2teaspoon
Cumin - 1teaspoon
Dry
chilli - 2
nos
Turmeric powder - 1/4spoon
How to cook
Add masoor
dal(washed),green chilli,garlic,tomato,microgreen ,salt and water in a pressure
cooker,cook well(1 whistle) and add turmeric powder .Take a pan add some oil
splutter mustard seeds add cumin add2 nos garlic and dry chillies saute well
add this mix to cooked dal and bring it to boil,add some coriander
leaves(optional) .dal is ready.

chopped(green gram) - 2 cups
Coconut
scrapped - 1cup
Green
chilli - 2 nos
Garlic
clove - 5 nos
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Oil -
2teaspoon
Mustard - ½ teaspoon
Dry
chilli -
2nos
Green gram
(skinless) - 2 teaspoon
Turmeric
powder - ¼ spoon
How to cook
Grind
scrapped coconut ,green chilli,garlic,cumin,turmeric powder.
Add oil to
kadai splutter some mustard seeds add dry chilli add skinless green gram dal saute well,add chopped
microgreen , salt, coconut and black pepper
powder(optional)saute well,cook in medium flame.its ready to serve.

Take 3 eggs
add some chopped onion,ginger,chilli,microgreen(mustard)and salt mix well.Take
a pan add some oil pour the egg mix and cook both side in medium flame.
